About The Position

The Middle School Science Teacher at Olmsted Academy South is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering the program of instruction based on the approved curriculum. The teacher will monitor, evaluate, and communicate student progress, maintain records, and make reports. Additionally, the teacher will enforce Board policies, regulations, and rules, supervise students, and secure and maintain school property and materials.

Requirements

• Valid teaching certification in Science for middle school level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.

• Experience in teaching middle school science.
• Familiarity with diverse student populations and differentiated instruction.
