About The Position
The Elementary Principal at Picotte Elementary and Harrison Elementary is responsible for leading the school community in achieving high academic results for all students. The principal articulates clear expectations, holds self and others accountable for student achievement, and develops and implements school improvement plans. The role requires a commitment to equity, instructional leadership, talent management, and creating a positive school culture. The principal must effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and demonstrate strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
