About The Position
The position of Teacher is an exempt role that requires the individual to hold the proper state certification. The teacher will report to the Principal and/or other Supervisors and will be employed under a contract for 190 days, with a 4-day school week beginning next year. The essential job functions include participating in curriculum review and design, implementing effective instructional strategies, diagnosing and evaluating student abilities, monitoring student progress, planning individualized programs of study, creating a conducive classroom environment, assessing student accomplishments, referring students for alternative services, and collaborating with other teachers.
