Position Overview Lions Launch is seeking a Christ-centered, mission-driven 8th Grade Reclassification Instructor who views teaching as a calling and discipleship as a daily responsibility. This role serves students during a pivotal academic year, providing intentional academic reinforcement, spiritual mentorship, and preparation for high school success. The ideal candidate embodies the heart of a disciple-maker — one who pursues academic rigor while shepherding students toward spiritual maturity. This teacher will cultivate a classroom culture marked by excellence, structure, grace, and accountability. He or she will intentionally integrate a biblical worldview into instruction and model Christlike leadership in every interaction.
