About The Position

Club Z! is seeking passionate and qualified part-time Middle School & High School Math Tutors to provide in-home tutoring services in McLean and Great Falls, VA. The role involves teaching math to middle and high school students, utilizing their classroom curriculum, and employing various teaching techniques to facilitate student progress. Tutors will work one-on-one with students, helping them improve their understanding and skills in mathematics.

Requirements

• Certified Middle School & High School Math teacher.
• Previous experience in teaching and tutoring Middle School & High School aged children for at least 1 year (preferred).
• Experience working with students needing Special Education (a plus).
• Ability to build rapport with students.
• Sufficient knowledge of core educational subjects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with parents and Club Z! Director.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with special education students.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home tutoring for middle and high school math students.
