About The Position

Requirements

• NJ Health & Physical Education certificate required
• Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities certificate preferred
• CPR and AED certificates or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of the NJ Student Learning Standards for Comprehensive Health and Physical Education
• Knowledge of current best practices in Health and Physical Education
• Experience in differentiating instruction and utilizing inclusive teaching strategies
• Knowledge of Least Restrictive Environment regulations
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Knowledge of Google for Education
