Middle School Director
About The Position
The River Community Church is seeking a passionate and relational Middle School Ministry Director/Pastor to lead and grow our middle school ministry as part of our Next-Gen team. This full-time role focuses on discipling middle school students and partnering with families to cultivate a love for God, others, and making an impact in the world. The Middle School Ministry Director/Pastor provides spiritual leadership for weekly programming, teaches regularly, recruits and equips volunteers, and mentors ministry interns. This role also plans retreats, camps, service projects, and fun events while building strategic relationships within local schools and the community. The position reports to the Next-Gen Pastor and collaborates closely with church staff to support the overall mission and vision of River Community Church. The ideal candidate is a baptized believer aligned with TRCC's statement of faith, actively engaged in church life, and experienced in ministry leadership or formal ministry training. This role is well-suited for someone who loves students, thrives in team leadership, and is energized by both hands-on ministry and strategic planning.
