About The Position
Southwest Florida Christian Academy is seeking a MIddle School Guidance Counselor who is passionate about Christian education and the mission/vision of the school. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and/or Counseling is required with a willingness to attain a Master’s Degree or NACCAP Certification in counseling. Experience in middle school education, standardized testing, advanced placement and the college admission process is preferred. Applicant must be a born-again Christian who is highly motivated, articulate in verbal and written communication, organized, detail oriented and possess excellent relational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Publisher is preferred. Additionally, the applicant must have the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple technology and software platforms. This position requires you to scan your fingerprints.
