Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) — mandatory
• Portfolio
• Using AI tools for generation and production acceleration (Sora, ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Understanding of what works on the US market, which formats are effective and which are not
• Strong creative thinking: ideas, approaches, unexpected solutions — that's your style
• Proficient in Adobe (Premiere, After Effects, Figma)
• Skilled in editing, assembling dynamic videos; animation is a big plus
• Ability to work with sound (selection, editing, cleaning)
• Knowledge of design, composition, and typography basics
• Active user of generative tools (Kling, Midjourney, Sora, Stable Diffusion, Suno — any)
• Understands prompt engineering and can achieve the desired result quickly
• English and Russian

Responsibilities

• Create various types of advertising videos for our main PAID traffic channels (Meta, Google)
• Work with UGC and animated videos
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and discussions with the team
• Use neural networks to accelerate production
• Come up with new ideas and video concepts together with the creative team
• Test hypotheses on video formats and launch new combinations
