About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a successful Commercial Lines Producer, with a focus on middle to large market accounts
• Previous experience with middle market premiums is required
• Proven track record of longevity and consistent production in previous roles
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust book of business, focusing on middle-market accounts
• Generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, networking, and off-site client meetings
• Manage renewals and ensure a high retention rate
• Collaborate with internal teams to pre-qualify accounts and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Work with a diverse range of industries, including construction, amusement, real estate, and other generalist lines
• Utilize AMS360 software to quote and manage new and renewal business
