About The Position
Join us for the GCSD Virtual Middle Level Teacher Meet and Greet Job Fair to meet our principals and hear all the reasons you should bring your teaching journey to Georgetown County School District. Zoom invite links and a survey will be emailed after applying for the event based on potential openings. Application deadline is Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Tuesday, March 10, 2026 (4:30 - 6:00 p.m.) Brief introductions of HR staff/administrators Overview of GCSD by HR staff Break out into rooms to meet the four building level administrators Introduce yourself, ask questions and talk with principals Georgetown County School District is seeking creative, energetic teachers who are passionate about educating children. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- MUST BE CERTIFIED OR ELIGIBLE FOR SC CERTIFICATION
- Please provide a copy of your out of state or SC Certification when applying
- Alternative Certification candidates need to provide their Qualification Letter or Letter of Eligibility for the SC DOE Approved Alternative Certification Program
