About The Position

Mount Greylock Regional School, a highly ranked school for grades 7 through 12 located in Williamstown, Massachusetts, seeks to fill a 1.0 FTE Math Faculty position that is anticipated for the 2026-2027 academic year. The applicant will be expected to teach high school and middle school math classes and will work closely with the 7-12 Math Department as well as the middle school teacher team. We are looking for candidates who will be able to carry on existing program elements but who also have their own ideas about math curriculum development. Detailed knowledge of state and national curriculum standards in math is expected. The ideal applicant will have excellent classroom management skills and demonstrate mastery of effective instructional strategies and learning assessments. The applicant will demonstrate knowledge of adolescent growth and development and be able to support all learners of diverse abilities effectively. The applicant will possess excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and show the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community. At least three years of math teaching experience is preferred; strong candidates with less experience will also be considered.

  • Mathematics 5-8 as well preferred.
