2026-2027 School Year Middle and High School Teachers Positions (Any Subject Area) GRADE LEVEL: Middle or High School Positions available LOCATION: Hiring at multiple locations. Learn more about our 16 schools here. SALARY: $60,000-$82,000 based on years of aligned experience up to 10 years. We also offer a relocation stipend if you are moving from a location greater than 75 miles from Denver! Responsibilities

  • Using data to analyze and drive their daily practice.
  • Taking personal accountability for their impact to improve the minds, outcomes and lives of youth, and are reflective of their practice in order to be responsive to their students.
  • Creating learning environments to support youth in owning their learning & academic success.
  • Modeling and maintaining high expectations for all learners
  • Identifying personal strengths that will support the school’s core values, guiding philosophy, expectations, and school spirit.
  • Engage in feedback sessions with an instructional coach.
  • Seek out and request opportunities for growth and continuous self-improvement in teaching, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Willingness to engage in constructive dialogue with students, colleagues, and school administration.
  • Actively support and participate in the school’s professional development programs
  • Support the school’s core values and policies inside and outside the classroom with colleagues, students, parents, and the larger community.
  • Additional duties as assigned such as supporting student recruitment, running a small group advisory class, after school tutoring, etc.
