About The Position

The Mid-Day Caregiver delivers supportive care and companionship during the afternoon hours. This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer a predictable afternoon schedule and enjoy running errands, providing companionship, and assisting with household tasks.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to maintain client privacy and dignity

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ADLs and homemaker tasks preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with afternoon ADLs and toileting, as needed
• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments, as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidy-up)
• Prepare snacks or early dinner prep
• Engage clients in conversation, games, or meaningful activities
• Document all tasks via AxisCare
• Communicate schedule needs or client concerns promptly
• Arrive within the assigned 30-minute arrival window
