About The Position

Ascent ABA is seeking a dedicated Associate Clinical Supervisor to oversee and implement ABA programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time role involves providing in-home supervision services, supporting the Clinical Director, and fostering professional growth within a family-oriented agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong applied behavior analysis skills and interpersonal abilities, contributing positively to the lives of clients while advancing their own career in a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 12 units of ABA and 1 year of experience or a Master's Degree in ABA (preferred) or currently enrolled in an ABA-focused master's program (preferred).
  • Must complete a criminal background check before employment.
  • Upon hire, obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential within 90 days.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week for full-time consideration.
  • Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to work afternoons (2:30 pm and on Monday through Friday).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in applied behavior analysis methodologies such as PFA/SBT and PRT.
  • Strong clinical skills for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and monitor ABA programs.
  • Provide support to the Clinical Director.
  • Deliver in-home supervision services within the Inland Empire area.
  • Provide top-quality supervision of cases and technicians under the direction of the BCBA.
  • Provide feedback to Behavior Technicians through training, team meetings, and data review.
  • Report regularly to Supervisors on patient progress and/or concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining program books and report writing.
  • Set and meet performance goals for case quality and administrative duties.
  • Assist in training new staff members.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times across all settings.
  • Minimize cancellations and attend required training and meetings.
  • Complete a weekly employee satisfaction survey.
  • Conduct weekly treatment integrity checks for BT staff.
  • Write treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates.
  • Analyze client performance data to assist with treatment decision-making.
  • Assist with assessments for clients and introduce therapy programs.
  • Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy when necessary.
