In support of government customer, we are seeking a System Engineer - Mid. with experience in supporting (DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/ principles/organizational protocols). Job Duties: Generates ideas and oversees processes to form a working solution. They manage numerous processes, ranging from products and services to information, to attain operational efficiency. Systems Engineers strive to address challenges, create new ideas, and accomplish objectives by overseeing and optimizing systems and processes.

  • Providing matrixed and dedicated SE support to Product Management Teams, adapting to organizational changes as needed.
  • Providing on-site equipment testing and analysis support at MCTSSA, or another test laboratory or test range in accordance with applicable Marine Corps and DoD policies.
  • Drafting and reviewing test reports, verifying and validating technical documentation and test activities, managing routine maintenance and inventory of supported equipment, conducting firmware testing and characterization for proposed upgrades, and performing equipment analysis and troubleshooting to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating SEPs and program-specific annexes.
  • Supporting CM activities by maintaining baseline documentation, reviewing ECPs, and participating on CCBs. Facilitating SETRs by preparing, executing, and closing events, maintaining the SETR calendar, and updating TRAPs and data packages on Government-specified platforms such as MS 365, TEAMS, and SharePoint.
  • Providing SE expertise and data to support IMS development and maintenance to ensure cross-functional awareness of key engineering events and dependencies.
  • Collecting and filing safety documentation electronically and coordinating reviews with the MCSC Safety Office to support the ESOH process. Supporting WIPTs, collaborating with stakeholders to define and maintain strategies, and providing input to align user requirements with system specifications and RTMs.
  • BS (Engineering Field)
  • 3-6 years of work related experience
  • Familiarity with DoD Acquisition policies, such as DoDI and SECNAV 5000.02 and MAG, and the SETR Framework, Process, and Handbooks.
  • Minimum Required Clearance: SECRET
  • DAU Eng. & Tech. Mgmt. (Foundational) Core Equivalency preferred
