About The Position

We are seeking a Mid/Sr. Software Engineer to support our team on an ongoing effort to write clean C#, .NET, T-SQL, and PowerShell script code in support of our government client. The Mid/Sr. Software Engineer will also work with the Team Lead and Test Team for each monthly sprint. Will be a key communicator to the team lead with progress and blocker updates and help with Tier III application support as necessary.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience doing hands on software development
Expertise with C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio IDE
Expertise with Transact-SQL development
Experience with Restful API development
Experience in Web development
Experience with Windows PowerShell scripting
Experience with SQL Server administration
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Prefer past performance on DISA contracts

Responsibilities

Work with Team Lead to scope monthly sprint requirements
Work independently to write clean C# .NET, T-SQL, and PowerShell script code that satisfies documented requirements
Self-organize to complete coding assignments on-schedule
Stringently follow documented software development processes and documented coding standards
Work with test team to update test plans for each monthly sprint
Communicate progress and blockers effectively with Team Lead during daily stand-up meetings
Perform Tier III application support, as necessary
