About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Create and maintain customer job files, shipping records, and signed delivery tickets. Schedule and dispatch personnel, equipment, and service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer specifications or need. Learn the products produced at the plant, including product codes, billing, and receiving systems. Distribute loading instructions to drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain strong communication with customers and the Heidelberg Materials team to create a safe, productive working environment. Participate in other duties or special projects as assigned. The Shift will be Monday - Friday 11:15 PM - 7:45 PM and every other Saturday 4:00 AM - 12 PM.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using dispatch and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing company or customer needs, with dependable and consistent attendance.

  • Bilingual a plus.
