As a Mid Office Services Supervisor (F) within PNC's Capital Markets organization, you will sit in Strongsville, OH. Pittsburgh, PA may be considered but Strongsville, OH is preferred. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to manage two crucial groups within the CAST team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The first team you will be managing supports our sales and trading activities. This involves handling tasks such as order entry, order corrections, allocations, and settlement issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring these processes run smoothly and efficiently. The second team focuses on new account setup and account maintenance. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients have a seamless experience from the moment they start working with us. This involves overseeing all aspects of account management and ensuring that client needs are met promptly and effectively. The ability to solve problems efficiently and communicate effectively is also essential for this role.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • An operations or production environment position typically requires 2 years of previous managerial experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Finra SIE and 99 required
  • Finra 7 & 63 within a year

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Supervises one or more teams who complete a variety of technical and complex client requests.
  • Reviews documentation for completeness and accuracy and interprets information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Supervises a team who handles complex account and transactional activities.
  • Focuses on the most complex accounts and requests, and resolution of issues.
  • Ensures all responsibilities are completed by assigned team in compliance with line of business standards as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Participates on the development and implementation of new processes.
  • Monitors staff performance and the volume and distribution of work.
  • Analyzes the complexity of work assigned.
  • Designs and implements ongoing training, coaching and development for new and existing team members and internal partners as needed.
