About The Position

We are a fast-growing provider of AI-powered video safety and fleet technology solutions, helping Mid-Market fleets reduce risk, improve driver behavior, and gain real-time operational visibility. Our customers include commercial fleets across construction, utilities, and field services. We’re looking for an experienced Mid-Market Sales Executive to grow our US business. This role is focused on strategic, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, in-depth product demonstrations, and high-value contracts. This position will report directly to the CRO You’ll work closely with marketing, engineering, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions that solve real fleet challenges.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in Mid-Market+ sales
  • Proven success selling into the Construction, and Field Services industries (strongly preferred)
  • Experience selling SaaS, software, video telematics, IoT, fleet management, or safety technology
  • Track record of closing mid-Market, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Comfortable presenting to VP- and C-level executives
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience selling video safety, telematics, or ELD solutions
  • Experience selling into national or multi-location fleets (100+ vehicles)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full Mid-Market sales cycle from prospecting, UI presentation to close (deal sizes typically $120K+ ARR)
  • Target and close mid-market (100-999) fleet customers
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Conduct discovery to understand fleet operations, safety goals, compliance needs, and ROI drivers
  • Present and demo AI video safety and telematics solutions to executives and operations leaders
  • Navigate complex buying groups including safety, operations, IT, procurement, finance and C-Level executives
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and multi-year agreements
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term account growth
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and on-site customer meetings
