The Mid-Market Retail Account Executive (AE) will be a dynamic, strategic, and highly consultative sales professional with deep, established relationships across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Fast Casual restaurant segments. This role is designed for an industry anchored seller who brings direct experience with multiunit restaurant operators, franchised brands, and restaurant support centers, and who can leverage that credibility to rapidly engage senior decisionmakers. The AE is expected to secure executive level meetings within the first 60 days by activating an established and trusted network of senior restaurant executives. Success will be driven by aligning WWT’s full portfolio—including AI, data and analytics, cyber, digital infrastructure, restaurant technology ecosystems, hardware, and implementation services—to the operational, guest experience, and growth challenges facing restaurant brands today. This role targets QSR and fast casual organizations in the $1B–$25B revenue range, engaging C-suite and senior leaders across IT, Operations, Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. The AE will apply deep industry insight to develop tailored selling motions aligned to outcomes such as labor optimization, speed-of-service improvement, digital ordering adoption, omnichannel guest experiences, store modernization, supply chain resiliency, and restaurant technology uptime. This position requires close collaboration with internal WWT teams and partners to shape complex, multi‑tower solutions and build long‑term, strategic client relationships. A proven record of consultative selling into QSR, fast casual, or adjacent multi‑location retail environments is essential.
