About The Position

The Mid-Market Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key commercial clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on product sales and customer satisfaction while coordinating account plans and analyzing sales performance to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
  • 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in account management, tele sales, or product specialty (computers, telecom, workstations).
  • Strong business development skills and experience in B2B sales.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management and inside sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, prospecting, and territory management.
  • Effective communication skills and results orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates account plans for commercial accounts, focusing on product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Builds professional relationships with clients, particularly with specialist buyers in the IT department.
  • Achieves and manages sales quotas based on regional guidelines.
  • Participates in client meetings and supports contract negotiations with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborates with external partners to deliver solution sales and may refer products to other specialists or partners when needed.
  • Provides customer feedback to the organization's internal teams for product and service improvements.
  • Collaborates with various internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Analyzes win/loss rates and provides insights to improve sales performance.
  • Assists in organizing client workshops, training sessions, or webinars to enhance their understanding of the organization's offerings.
  • Monitors basic account performance metrics and assists in refining sales strategies.
