We’re seeking a Mid-Market- Customer Success Manager to support healthcare organizations using our EHR platform, with a strong focus on revenue cycle workflows, payments, and escalation leadership. This role requires a CSM who is technically fluent in EHR workflows, comfortable leading consultative discussions, and confident owning complex escalations while partnering cross-functionally in an evolving organization.
