Five9 is seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager to help expand our Commercial and Mid-Market industry-leading partner ecosystem. This is a key position within our Channel Sales organization and will report directly to our Senior Channel Development Director. This mission-driven team is responsible for opening new routes to market and helping partners build and sell customer experience offers quickly and efficiently. Some of the major focus areas of this role are: Manage the sale of Five9 products and services through named national (potentially global) partners Drive a business plan that allows us to scale our services and develop a robust partner ecosystem for services across several disciplines Develop an enablement strategy to attract, develop and maintain relationships with various distributors, resellers, or agents Build preference for Five9’s customer experience / contact center software and services within partners’ portfolios and sales teams Drive global sales results and pipeline development within key national (global) partners Drive partner enablement throughout the entire customer journey lifecycle
