About The Position

Voxel is building the future of Computer Vision and Machine Learning for operations, risk, and safety. We use computer vision and AI to enable existing security cameras to automatically detect hazards and high-risk activities, keep people safe and drive operational efficiencies. Our technology addresses the key cost drivers for workers’ compensation, general liability, and property damage, which cost US employers over $500 billion annually. We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to accelerate growth within the mid-market segment. You will own the full sales cycle—building pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing new business—while positioning Voxel as a trusted partner for safety and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience , including at least 2 years in mid-market sales.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas ($800k+ ARR) .
  • Skilled in consultative selling , with experience managing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated to succeed in a high-growth startup environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into operations, safety, or manufacturing/logistics industries a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts from prospecting to close.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets .
  • Build pipeline through outbound outreach , inbound lead follow-up, and strategic account development.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations to decision-makers across operations, safety, IT, and executive teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline within CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
