About The Position

Our partner is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to support continued go-to-market expansion. This role is ideal for an experienced, quota-carrying seller who enjoys owning the full sales cycle and building trusted relationships in a relationship-driven industry. You’ll focus on mid-market insurance organizations, closing five- and six-figure contracts , while working closely with a lean leadership team to help refine and scale the sales motion. This is a high-ownership role offering autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to grow with a proven Series A company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, primarily focused on mid-market customers
  • Demonstrated success closing five- and six-figure deals in a full-cycle sales role
  • Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging customers in person when needed
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance or financial services experience is a strong plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market customers, from prospecting through close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities within a defined target account list
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers through calls, meetings, and industry events
  • Run product demos and guide prospects through a consultative buying process
  • Partner with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
  • Share customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy
