We are seeking a Renewals Account Manager to develop and implement strategies for renewing groups of 50-499 employees. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing efforts, maintaining relationships with key contacts, and educating agents on Florida Blue sales processes and products. 3+ years of health insurance experience, a State of Florida Health and Life Insurance License, and a valid Florida driver's license are required. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with presentations and issue resolution are also necessary. Important To Know Active Health and Life Annuities License is Required Must reside in Orlando, FL or surrounding area within one of these counties Seminole, Orange, Lake, Polk, Brevard, Osceola, or Volusia Hybrid role with required time in the office for meetings and training Frequent travel strategizing, building and maintaining business relationships
