In August of 2021, Hex began building out its Sales team. Since then our customer base has grown, we have a ton of momentum in the market, and we’re continuing to build a world-class sales organization. We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Sales organization, with a focus on accounts across the EMEA region, targeting companies with up to 2,500 employees. We’ve seen strong traction with EMEA customers and believe this region will be a critical driver of Hex’s international growth. In this role, you’ll report to our Mid-Market Sales Leader and play a key role in establishing and scaling Hex’s presence across EMEA. You’ll own the strategy and execution for closing new business and expanding our footprint with existing customers across diverse markets, industries, and cultures. On any given day you might find yourself: Building new pipeline and driving revenue across your assigned EMEA territory Developing a deep understanding of your customers’ business challenges and positioning Hex as a strategic solution in regional contexts Partnering with Sales Engineering to run discovery sessions and demos tailored to EMEA prospects Managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and close, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals Collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to provide feedback informed by EMEA customer needs and market dynamics Creating and delivering accurate forecasts for your territory Contributing to go-to-market learnings as Hex continues to scale internationally
