In support of government customer, we are seeking a Logistics Analyst – Mid. with experience in supporting (DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/ principles/organizational protocols). Job Duties: Under limited supervision, leads and directs integrated logistics support (ILS) activities designed to provide effective and efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment. Recommends ILS element planning and progress to ensure compliance with program requirements, specifications, and standards, analyzes models and optimized distribution networks using advanced logistics software for location of sites, allocation of resources, inventory placement, and size, selection of transportation mode, freight consolidation, closed loop tours, and continuous moves. Provides supervision to Junior Logistics Analyst.

  • Planning and managing Life-Cycle Logistics.
  • Coordinating, hosting, and participating in a variety of logistics events and activities.
  • Providing on-site equipment and logistical support at MCTSSA or another test laboratory or test range in accordance with applicable Marine Corps and DoD policies.
  • Managing routine maintenance and inventory of supported equipment.
  • Supporting verification and validation of technical documentation and test activities, supports testing, and performing equipment analysis and troubleshooting to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Drafting, staffing, and submitting CDRLs for Government review.

  • Six (6) years of related progressive professional work experience in Life-Cycle Logistics planning and management with a minimum of four (3) years of experience in at least two directly related technological areas, including experience in all phases of logistics acquisition and logistics planning.
  • 3-6 years work related experience
  • Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET
  • Working knowledge of DoD Acquisition policies, such as DoDI 5000.02 and SECNAV 5000.02 and the MAG. Familiarity with PoPS and Supportability Reviews, C4 Retrograde, NSN attainment, and Reset/Refit/Reconstitution (R3) processes.
  • DAU Practitioner (Lifecycle Logistics) preferred
