About The Position
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated designer with a strong affinity for urban scale and an understanding of how our work impacts cities. You should be drawn to the big-picture process of shaping environments while also appreciating the art of constructing buildings. The ideal candidate will be skilled at transforming research into innovative and thoughtful design, thriving in the early stages of design while also understanding how to carry ideas through to implementation. You should be graphically savvy, with software expertise that strengthens the communication of ideas, and able to work independently as well as lead small teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
