We are Making Sustainability Happen. As our new Mid-level Transportation Planner / Engineer, you would be an important part of our Community and Mobility Planning (CAMP) team. Role This role is responsible for the preparation of transportation planning and traffic engineering studies and reports, as well as supporting the preparation of concept level design plans, and assisting with the management of junior staff. Projects include private development/traffic impact studies, public-sector mobility planning work, as well as our safe streets, active transportation, parking management, TDM, and smart growth activities. SLR’s CAMP team hub is located in our New Haven, Connecticut office, but project needs extend throughout our other offices particularly in northeast U.S. That said, other geographies may be considered. However, you should be available to come to Connecticut as needed for meetings and coordination. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.
