Let's talk! The Role Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IT systems. You will manage IT infrastructure, handle day-to-day operations, and perform problem resolution for a wide range of devices, including client/server, storage, and network components. This role involves providing both Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support, optimizing system performance, and configuring UNIX and Windows operating systems.
Requirements
- Technical BS and ten (10) years' experience as a Systems Administrator; Five (5) years of additional SA experience may substitute degrees
- Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution
- Experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of IT system infrastructure management and maintenance
- Experience configuring network components and implementing operating system enhancements
- Strong troubleshooting skills
