About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Supply Chain Staff Analyst to support our Manufacturing Support & Supply Chain team in North Charleston, South Carolina . We are seeking a critical thinker who understands the importance of developing and implementing strategic plans & bringing a dedicated focus to drive alignment within our Manufacturing environment. Responsibilities involve data analytics, valuing and practicing outstanding project management skills, and demonstrating a solid understanding of time management/organization skills. A key focus for this role will be onsite supplier and resource planning for the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and deliver plans
  • 5+ years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience working in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
  • Positive attitude, willingness to think outside the box

Responsibilities

  • Develops plans for long range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
  • Delivers informational or technical materials
  • Onsite supplier and resource planning
  • Reviews data and industrial engineering inputs for chart creation and recommendations
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
  • Develops and deploys localized training content
  • Works with sensitive information and safeguards confidential information
  • Uses various software, tools and system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workload, responsibilities, problem identification and resolution
  • Uses knowledge of techniques to identify & enhance customer capabilities, best practices, resources, and constraints to provide effective support
