About the position
The Mid-Level Software Engineer at NICE is responsible for developing and enhancing a software-as-a-service conversational AI and messaging platform. This role requires collaboration with implementation and client success teams to support software system implementations, develop technical solutions, and improve client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Strategize and participate in conversational design
- Implement, train, and test conversational experience using best practices
- Analyze, test, and improve the conversational experiences on an ongoing basis
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Programming skills in .NET
- Relational database (SQL) background
- Skilled in web, API, Microsoft Azure or related
- Experience in JavaScript, Data Science, NLP and AI
