Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in embedded software development
- Strong proficiency in C programming
- Exposure to DO-178C processes or other regulated software environments
- Ability to work independently and meet documentation standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with RTOS (e.g., VxWorks, QNX, Green Hills)
- Familiarity with FAA/EASA certification standards
- Knowledge of safety-critical or flight-critical systems
Responsibilities
- Perform DO-178C documentation activities for embedded aerospace systems
- Conduct C code reviews and requirements reviews
- Ensure compliance with safety-critical standards through documentation audits and updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support certification efforts
