About The Position

Our software engineering teams are focused on business outcomes and are empowered to create intuitive, reliable, and high performing applications. As as Software Engineer, you’ll be engaged on the execution of software development projects, as well as continuous improvement efforts within the department.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / related discipline or equivalent training
• Experience or training with cloud, web, integration, and data development in a business environment
• Experience or training with C#, Java, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL or similar languages/technologies
• Experience or training with Test Driven Development (TDD) and writing automated tests
• Experience or training with developer tools, including Generative AI
• Experience or training with cloud technologies and open source technologies
• Experience or training with agile and plan-driven project execution frameworks
• Knowledge of or experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization technologies
• Knowledge of or experience with secure coding practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Disciplined, focused, and self-motivated

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
• Participate in technical solutioning, project planning, work breakdown, and timeline estimation for software development tasks
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards
• Leverage best-fit frameworks for project execution
• Create high-quality software solutions that provide positive user experiences, align with standards and guiding principles, and are maintainable and easy to support
• Provide support for custom software solutions, responding to and resolving issues within defined timeframes
