About The Position

As a Mid-Level Software Developer you will play a role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet client and organizational needs. Your work will focus on integrating various APIs to enhance system interoperability and functionality, ensuring seamless communication between different software components. You will be actively involved throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient software products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Hands-on experience with API integration, including RESTful and SOAP services.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in software development (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing applications.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Certifications related to software development or API management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and ensure compliance with SDLC standards.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks.
