About The Position

The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Security & Fire Protection Multiple Operations Specialist to join the team in Titusville, FL. The Multi-operations Specialist will have a focus on physical security systems administration and badging operations to enhance and support multi-site Boeing Security & Fire Operations sites including Titusville, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, Miami, and Jacksonville. This position serves as an authority on physical security systems and regional badging operations for Boeing and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) badging. The role also supports emergency preparedness and fire protection activities, ensuring seamless integration of safety, security, and prevention protocols.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in security discipline
• 5+ years of experience with security operations, procedures, mergers and acquisitions, service quality, and risk assessments
• 3+ years of experience with NASA badging operations
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to travel 10% of the time

Responsibilities

• Manage the regional Boeing and NASA badging program, ensuring compliance with Boeing policies, industry best practices, and federal and state regulations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency plans, including risk assessments, hazard-specific plans, and contingency strategies
• Evaluate program health, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvements
• Deliver training to employees, building safety teams, and site leadership, fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience
• Partner with local, state, and federal emergency management partners to align and collaborate where appropriate
• Coordinate with site physical security teams to ensure integration of emergency response, security, and fire operations
• Assist in developing and implementing physical security strategies to mitigate risks and enhance the overall safety of personnel and assets
• Provide subject matter expertise to security operations projects, including access control, surveillance, and fire protection systems
• Participate as a Boeing Security & Fire Operations Threat Management Team member
• Support Site security functions as needed
• Participate in Site Assessments - Supplier Quality Assurance/Personnel Security Questionnaire (SQA/PSQ) to align with company policies & procedures, ensuring the site is always inspection ready
• Represent security as a focal on contracts and projects
• Communicate program objectives and progress to senior leadership, employees, and external partners
