About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Quality Analyst to join our Digital Transformation Quality Integrated Product Team (IPT) within Project Sapphire team! This position can be located in Hazelwood MO, El Segundo CA, Huntsville AL, Kent WA, Mesa AZ, or Ridley Park PA. This role will help define, validate, and deploy the enterprise next generation Quality architecture and processes using Siemens OpCenter and Teamcenter software, supporting Quality Digital Transformation across all BDS production sites.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
• 3+ years of experience with process or value stream mapping
• 3+ years of experience with BDS Quality Inspection and/ or planning

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
• Technical writing skills

Responsibilities

• Support definition and documentation of go-forward BDS Quality processes and system requirements; update enterprise command media as needed.
• Contribute to cross-functional solution design integrating Siemens Opcenter and Teamcenter to meet BDS Quality requirements.
• Create and execute functional test plans; perform validation and verification of developed Quality capabilities in Opcenter and Teamcenter.
• Support deployment activities, including site engagement and rollout coordination for the go-forward Quality solution.
• Assist in development of training materials and user documentation to enable effective adoption across BDS.
• Communicate defects, risks, and issues; collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
