About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Project Management Specialist for the MH-139 Utility Helicopter Program in Ridley Park, PA. Position Responsibilities: Leads the execution of integrated projects aligned with program strategies, through the creation of execution plans, statements of work and the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices. Coordinates commitments with IPT Leaders, Business Units, Customer Stakeholders, and Suppliers. Analyzes and develops business cases identifying risk and opportunity potential and including financial and lead time requirements. Develops and implements plans and metrics to communicate status, performance, issues and actions and promote rapid resolution, aligned to the Program Management Best Practices. Prepares materials and documents is support of executive-level meetings and periodic reviews. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or higher
• 3 or more years’ experience leading a cross functional team or project
• 3 or more years’ experience with operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
• 3 or more years’ experience with Risk Management, Change Management or Financial Analysis
• This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

• Experience delivering Aircraft and/or Services
• Experience in a Customer and/or Major Supplier facing role
• PMI Certification
• Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
