About The Position

DLA Piper is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Private Equity Group in the San Francisco or Palo Alto offices. The role involves advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and equity investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and a commitment to excellence in client representation.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity or corporate law.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or with the SEC.
