WK Quick Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced mid-level practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team at our Palmetto, Stockwell, and Northwood clinics. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care while effectively managing diverse urgent medical conditions.

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in the state of Louisiana.
• Previous experience in family practice, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and physical examinations to patients of all ages presenting with urgent medical needs.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and preventive care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Flexibility working at various locations and adjusting schedules as needed.
