About The Position
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Hendrick Medical Center will work independently and collaboratively with Palliative Care physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality care to patients. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with a diverse patient population, including both inpatient and community residents, while addressing their physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
