Job Summary: The Mid-Level Plumbing Engineer/Designer serves to focus primarily on the design of building related projects, including hotels, apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, and educational facilities using Revit and AutoCAD software.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience
  • You are familiar with codes, standards and design guidelines
  • You have an excellent work ethic and attitude

Nice To Haves

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
  • You have a LEED certification/experience.
  • PE/EIT preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings
  • Participate in the development of system design calculations and selection of equipment for use in buildings
  • Prepare detailed design documents
  • Complete specification writing/editing
  • Complete code compliance research
  • Coordinate work with other disciplines
  • Site survey to determine and document existing conditions
  • Provide construction administration services
