About The Position

Mid-level Operations Analysis Engineer Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Strategy Development Analyst. This position can be located in Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; El Segundo, CA and Ridley Park, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across functions and business units to develop and deploy strategies to achieve business objectives for Phantom Works. Position Responsibilities: Leads project teams to develop, integrate and communicate Boeing strategies. Supports senior decision-making through strategic analysis. Leads research, market/competitive analysis, benchmarking and forecasting. Leads strategic analysis and integration, identify enablers and alternatives. Partners with other functions as required. Leads market development and opportunity assessment for merger/acquisitions and/or partnerships. This position is considered 100% on site, the selected candidate will be required to work at one of the listed locations. This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience performing strategy work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, and facilitating strategic decisions)
  • 2+ years of experience in business strategy and business consulting
  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
  • This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience performing strategy work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, and facilitating strategic decisions)
  • 3+ years of experience in business strategy and business consulting
  • Active US Top Secret Clearance
  • Master’s degree or higher in a technical field

  • Summary Pay Range: $136,850 – $197,800
