About The Position

Alexandria Insights is seeking a Mid-Level Logistics Analyst with a strong background in life cycle logistics across all acquisition phases to support our customers in Quantico, VA. Duties include: Provide direct support to the Assistant Program Manager – Logistics, Assistant Product Managers – Logistics, Team Leads, Project Officers, Logistics Analysts, and Integrated Product Teams. Assist in the development and review of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, LORA Reports, IUID Plans, Integrated Logistics Assessment documentation, Training Packages, Fielding Plans, Facilities Impact Reports, DMSMS Plans, Disposal Plans, and other required logistics documentation. Provide logistics input to Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, Systems Engineering Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, and other required acquisition documentation. Support development and evaluation of Engineering Change Proposals and participate at Configuration Control Boards to ensure integrated product support elements are addressed. Analyze technical data, usage data, maintenance plans, and enterprise maintenance and readiness reports to identify maintenance/ repair trends and recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure technical publications are technically accurate, and monitor/manage technical publications throughout development, review, signature, and publication. Travel and perform other duties as required. Assist in the preparation of logistics reports, status updates, and briefings for senior leadership. Support the management and optimization of inventory control systems, ensuring compliance with Marine Corps regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, procurement, and operations to ensure all logistics needs are met on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, business, or related experience.
  • Familiarity with logistics software tools (e.g., GCSS-MC, L-DART, Catalyst, TFSMS) and data analysis.
  • DAWIA LCL Foundational equivalent, additional DAWIA LCL Credentials preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and within integrated product teams in physical and virtual settings.
  • Proficient with Marine Corps enterprise logistics applications (GCSS-MS, L-DART, MS Office, SharePoint, and TEAMS.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation coordination, and logistics operations.
  • Proefficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver clear and concise reports.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (or possess an active clearance).
