About The Position

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Senior Litigation Attorney to join our award-winning team. As an integral senior member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling your own case load of litigation matters involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. This is an excellent opportunity join a collaborative team with the supportive backbone of a larger firm.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a litigation attorney handling general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes in a law firm environment.
- Experienced in managing litigation cases independently from start to finish
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, along with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current admission to the State Bar of California is required.
- This position is 100% remote, however you must reside within 100 miles of our Walnut Creek, CA office
