Mid -level Litigation Associate - Mass Tort/Environmental
About The Position
A leading firm in this space is hiring a mid -level associate for its Environmental and Mass Tort Litigation team in Los Angeles. This group has been defending major corporations in high -exposure matters for more than three decades and is consistently recognized by Chambers and Legal 500. You will work on environmental disputes, product liability cases, coordinated mass tort matters, class actions and complex medical device and pharmaceutical litigation. The team is nationally integrated, giving associates access to work across state and federal courts. This is a chance to work with a deep bench of litigators who defend some of the world’s largest manufacturers, healthcare companies and automotive clients. The practice emphasizes strategic case planning and efficient, results -driven defense work. You will sharpen your litigation instincts and gain exposure to cases that shape national trends.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of litigation experience
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- California Bar required
- Ability to manage discovery, draft motions and handle depositions with partner oversight
