About The Position

SWA is an award-winning, international landscape architecture, planning, and urban design firm with offices in California, Texas, New York and Shanghai. We are currently seeking talented, design-oriented landscape architects and planners to fulfill substantial roles in our Los Angeles office. Our work is recognized for its visionary approach, creative expression, keen understanding of community-led planning process, and strong emphasis on environmental sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Planning, and/or Urban Design
• Strong master planning skills
• Strong writing skills
• Demonstrated experience in community outreach and conducting workshops
• Project management/project coordination experience
• Strong communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Proficiency with ArcGIS, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suites
• Meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape master plans
• Conduct community outreach and workshops
• Manage and coordinate projects
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
