About The Position
Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a mid -level associate to its Century City Labor & Employment team. The group handles a broad mix of complex L&E matters, including class actions, PAGA disputes and single -plaintiff litigation. Role Summary You will support class action strategy, manage discovery, conduct witness interviews and draft motions in state and federal court. You will also participate in depositions, arbitration work and administrative responses.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of California labor and employment defense experience
- Background in wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters
- Experience with depositions, motion practice and agency proceedings
- California Bar required
